Wide-Angle AR (Anti-Reflection) Coatings
We excel with wide-angle AR coatings. 50-60 degree angle coatings require technical understanding and the correct coating equipment to perform accurately. Developed specifically for the leaders in this unique market space, our process is highly proven and accurate.
Anti-reflection coatings on polycarbonate or Zeonex lenses, for road and toll sensors, can all be accomplished with our specific coating process. We have been running thousands of lenses for these applications successfully.
Outdoor durability is a lock when coating on plastic. Utilizing our in-house measurement equipment capabilities, we are ready to meet your specific requirements. Our coatings have been tested to meet Military Specifications and ISO Standards.
Hydrophobic coatings are available for optics used outdoors where field repair is not accessible or long-term durability is non-negotiable.
Accucoat has a process that can supply hydrophobic properties to the outside layer of any optical coating. This process is long-lasting, will withstand multiple cleanings and outdoor environments, and is UV-resistant to degradation.

Oil contact angle >80 deg
And withstands multiple ink pull tests
